The Masonic Leadership Initiative (MLI) is an electrifying initiative for all New York State Masons eager to unlock their potential and master the art of leadership both inside and outside the Lodge. The MLI is a new training program offered by the Grand Lodge of New York Leadership and Educational Services Team in partnership with the Excelsior Project of the New York State Council of Deliberation, Scottish Rite, NMJ. The program is based upon the teaching of Dr. John C. Maxwell. Dr. Maxwell, is an internationally respected American Pastor, motivational speaker, leadership expert, coach, and best-selling author.
