Concordant Bodies “Re-Member the Blue Lodge” certification of Raising to Master Mason Rules & Regulations
The Re-Member the Blue Lodge program is jointly sponsored by the following State of New York Masonic Organizations:
- Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the State of New York
- New York State Council of Deliberation, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite
- Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of the State of New York
- Grand Council Cryptic Masons of the State of New York
- Grand Commandery Knights Templar of the State of New York
A Re-Member the Blue Lodge Medallion will be presented to each member of the Scottish or York Rite that is the first line signer, (Sponsoring Brother), on a petition of a man once he has been raised a Master Mason.
Only One (1) Re-Member the Blue Lodge Medallion will be presented per Sponsoring Brother. Medallion will be presented at the Sponsoring Brothers Lodge. The appropriate color “year bar”, representing the number of Brothers raised as Master Masons during the calendar year, will be sent to the Sponsoring Brother during the succeeding calendar year. Brothers that are the Sponsoring Brother (first line signers) will be presented;
A Bronze “year bar” for one (1) or two (2) Brothers that become Master Masons in a calendar year.
A Silver “year bar” for three (3) or four (4) Brothers that become Master Masons in a calendar year.
A Gold “year bar” for five (5) or more Brothers that become Master Masons in a calendar year.
Credit will be given to the Scottish or York Rite Body indicated by the Sponsoring Brother on the “Certification of Raising to Master Mason” form. “Certification of Raising to Master Mason” forms will be available from the State Secretaries of the Scottish or York Rite Body. Forms will also be available from Valley or Chapter Secretaries and on the various websites.
Upon favorable ballot of the man petitioning for membership in a Lodge, the sponsoring Brother may request the “Certification of Raising to Master Mason” form from a Scottish or York Rite Secretary. These forms will also be available on the various websites. When the petitioner for Degrees has been raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason, the Lodge Secretary is to complete the “Certification of Raising to Master Mason” form. ItMUST have the Lodge seal affixed to it to be valid. This completed form is to be mailed by the Sponsoring Brother to the following address:
